At Cameron Mann Photography, all fine art prints and framed artworks are made to order. Please read the policy below before placing an order.
Made-to-order products
Each print is produced specifically for your order, including your selected size, framing option and finish.Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect frame selection, or if you no longer want the item after ordering.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Please include:Your order numberPhotos of the damaged itemPhotos of the packagingA brief description of the issueOnce reviewed, we will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return shipping
If a return is required due to a confirmed fault, damage, or issue with the product, we will provide instructions for returning the item.Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Order changes and cancellations
Because all prints and framed artworks are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Colour and display variation
Please note that colours may appear slightly different between screens and the final printed artwork. This is due to differences in monitor calibration, brightness and display settings.Minor colour variation is not considered a fault.
